The website describes our solar panels, inverters, batteries, rooftop systems and related services. We try to keep the information accurate, but product details, specifications, images, offers and availability may change without notice, and photographs are for illustration only.
The solar and EMI calculators give indicative estimates only. They rely on assumptions such as typical electricity rates, sunlight in your city, roof area and standard system costs. Your actual system size, generation, savings, payback period and installment amount can differ because of roof condition, shading, orientation, local tariffs, electricity-board rules, interest rates and other factors. Estimates are not a quotation, offer or guarantee. A firm price and system design are given only after a site survey and a written quotation.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. A contract is formed only when you accept our written quotation or agreement and we confirm it. Quotations are valid for the period stated in them. Prices, taxes and delivery or installation timelines will be as stated in the quotation. Installation depends on a successful site survey and on the permissions, approvals and access that you are responsible for arranging, such as property or society consent.
Subsidies, such as those under the PM Surya Ghar scheme, are offered by the government, not by us. Eligibility, amount, timing and approval are decided by the relevant authorities and may change. We assist with paperwork where you ask us to, but we do not guarantee that any subsidy, net-metering connection or approval will be granted or by when. Information about subsidies on this website is general and should be checked against the official scheme rules.
Warranties on solar panels, inverters, batteries and other products are provided by their manufacturers and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms, conditions and exclusions. Warranty periods mentioned on this website (including long performance warranties on panels) refer to such manufacturer warranties, where applicable. Our installation workmanship and after-sales support are covered as set out in your written quotation or agreement. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, accidents, or natural events outside normal operating conditions, unless the manufacturer’s terms say otherwise.
Offers shown on the website are for a limited time and while stocks last. We may change or withdraw an offer at any time. Specific terms of an offer will be as shown with it or as confirmed in your quotation.
